Laobanzhang's ancient tree tea garden is situated on the average altitude of around 1,700 meters. Rich soil, long sunshine period, frequent fog, considerable humidity, large temperature difference between day and night all make this region very suitable for the growth of tea trees. Ancient tea trees of 100 years old can be seen everywhere. They possess strong trunk integrity, hypertrophic, emerald and dark green, hypertrophic tea leaves. Harvested from these ancient trees, this tea is made in a natural way, drying in the sun and minimal, careful processing. Strong tea aroma, the palate is smooth, thick and slightly astringent, with mild sweet aftertaste.
Steeping guide:
Break the tea cake and take 7 - 8 grams of the tea (roughly two teaspoons). Rinse the tea with hot boiled water. Use Gaiwan or Western style of brewing.
