Made by Zhongcha (China tea) factory, also known as China National Native Produce & Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation (CNNP). This tea is made using Menghai county’s large tea leaves dried with sunlight and fermented by traditional techniques.
It affords a bright liquid with pure aroma and fine taste, and is characterised by a sweet after taste. Drink a cup of this tea, and you will find its effects very refreshing and thirst-quenching.
Steeping guide:
Break the tea cake and take 7 - 8 grams of the tea (roughly two teaspoons). Use Gaiwan or Western style, or an easy every-day no-hassle style of brewing.
